Notice of Termination

Ottawa — June 20, 2016 — The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) has terminated the transitional screening of the Kutcho Copper Zinc Silver Gold Mine Project, Dease Lake (the Project) pursuant to the former Canadian Environmental Assessment Act.

Kutcho Copper Corp. has notified the Agency that they wish to withdraw the Project from the federal environmental assessment process. Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Transport Canada, and Natural Resources Canada have confirmed that they will not exercise any power or perform any duties or functions in relation to the Project. As a result, the environmental assessment of the Project has been terminated.
