Notice of Environmental Impact Statement Guidelines Renewal

Ottawa — June 26, 2015 — The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) has renewed the Environmental Impact Statement Guidelines for the transitional comprehensive study of the Josephine Cone Mine Project proposed by Bending Lake Iron Group (the proponent), pursuant to the former Canadian Environmental Assessment Act and the Establishing Timelines for Comprehensive Studies Regulations.

The Environmental Impact Statement Guidelines, as issued on June 28, 2012, are considered to be extended for three years, until June 28, 2018.
