Notice of Termination

Ottawa — January 11, 2016 — The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) has terminated the environmental assessment of the Niobec Mine Expansion Project (the Project) pursuant to Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012. Magris Resources Inc. notified the Agency that they wish to terminate the federal environmental assessment for the Project.
