Sandy Lake Cultural Area

Sandy Lake First Nation will establish a new cultural area including an outdoor celebration area with seating for 250 people, traditional fire places,  women's longhouses, and seating areas. This accessible outdoor space will allow community members to participate in cultural celebrations and traditional teachings. The area will be adjacent to Sandy Lake, and docks will be added to promote traditional fishing.
