Not in support

As a Sturgeon Country resident, I do not support the establishment of the new Beacon AI Data Center. There are far too many threats to the environment and surrounding habitants. The speed at which this project was pushed through combined with the absolute minimal community/resident consultation is very worrisome as the project lacks transparency.

This is not what our community needs or wants, and it should not be pushed through simply because someone in an office that does not reside on the general vicinity wants it. There is simply not appropriate oversight for potential consequences, and it is not worth the risks to the residents of Sturgeon County who would be passive stakeholders in this endeavor nor is it worth the risk to their land. 

The Beacon AI project has the potential to impact resident enjoyment of property and risks contaminating water and air sources. Furthermore, the potential noise polution is a significant risk to wildlife in the area. 

As others have mentioned, May 21, 2026, is the first time I have heard of the project, which is simply unacceptable.
