Nicholas,
This is starting to make more sense now they are not purchasing but sidelining the holders of this land or using them if they assign more licenses from the bow river by WID seniority at 66% purity versus 40% for highly saline langdon area. They can justify saying they have enough ground water for Langdon to compensate using these sections but at the cost of additional saline extraction & need for 26% more water. They are rushing all these deadlines and are trying to get it through by April 30th at the latest. This is to push through likely another water licence(I think the 750m3/day shown in Beacon Ai updated presentation) with the agreement of WID. The interesting thing is this 2-10 person company incorporated in 2025 doing this massive technical survey is being funded by Langdon waterworks for the (first stage) involving the redesignation. The person hired and employed by Langdon waterworks is on the volunteer boards (also with the president of Langdon waterworks) that will recommend the approval of this project, more than a bit dodgy.
