Alberta does not need this

There are many concerns regarding this data center. First and foremost AI is not yet profitable. Investing Alberta's resources into a product that is losing millions in investment dollars every year is a waste of our tax dollars. Secondly, data centers use extremely high amounts of water and energy. How will water be allocated in times of drought? To the farmers and locals or to this center? This is an environmental and monetary risk and Alberta doesn't need it.
