Support for the Project

I support the Baptiste Nickel Project and the long-term opportunities it brings to our region. The project has the potential to create meaningful local employment, strengthen the regional economy, and prioritize partnerships with local and Indigenous businesses. I also appreciate the focus on environmental stewardship, ongoing baseline studies, and the integration of Indigenous knowledge into the assessment process.

Developing a low-carbon nickel source that supports clean energy supply chains while delivering benefits to local communities represents a responsible path forward for British Columbia.
