Concerns about TCE Proposal

I am concerned about: 1) lakebed erosion/turbidity and its impact on water supplies (private and Meaford's municipal intake). 2) the impact of multiple water intakes at the Site, increased turbidity, and potential temperature increases on aquatic ecosystem health. 3) Expropriation of land to construct transmission towers for conveyance of this energy - either in Meaford or across Georgian Bay 4) that the use of 1 unit of fossil fuel energy to create <= 0.75 units of energy only works at certain cost differentials between peak and off-peak power  5) the poor precedent set by using federal lands for For Profit Enterprise. 6) the potential impact of standard operations at the military base on the integrity of the upper basin. (i.e shock waves produces by explosives).

I feel a lower basin would solve some of these issues.
