Greetings! 

Understandably, climate change is pushing society and governments towards making difficult decisions about infrastructure, renewable energy, and the environment. Year after year, our efforts are falling short of demonstrating any real impacts. One thing is for sure, though, and that is destroying more environment won't solve anything, especially when it is ecologically sensitive. There is a clear lack of innovation, or, governments are not entertaining innovative ideas if they fly in the face of big corporations. The only reason people feel hope anymore is thanks to grassroots organizations and nonprofits... Our province is an environmental sinking ship, and no one is sounding the alarm. We need to consume less energy and live differently, but we're being steered towards towing the line. Please don't destroy more land for an ecologically dangerous project.
