Expressing my strong opposition to Centrevilles Integration and Grid Security Project

As residents of the municipality of Tantramar, we express our strong opposition to the Centreville Integration and Grid Security Project. We are deeply concerned about the environmental impact this would have on the flaura and fauna of the already fragile Chignecto Isthmus. We will leave the scientific explanation to the submissions of both EOS Eco Energy and Atlantic Wildlife Institute, with which we wholeheartedly agree.

We write this, as we are experiencing the climate crisis first hand with out of control fires in our province. Now is not the time for investing in more fossil fuel project, but we need to think of real sustainable solutions like wind,  solar or tidal energy, so that our creation, which is suffering, can find ways to heal from the impact of human greed.
