Upper Trout Creek debris and erosion

In the impact assement there is no mention of debris (very large and small trees ,high gravel bars etc) being removed outside the proposed area.Is there any plans? Being a resident of Trout Creek I have witnessed many high water events changing the water course causing land loss from erosion and large areas of land wasted. Infrastructure has and is being damaged regulary.Has there been any impact assement or investigation held to question the impact of debris and sediment flowing from the Upper Trout Creek ,Parsons Brook and Wards Creek into Sussex Corner and Sussex? Should this not also be a consideration? Also, are there any plans for maintenance of the new proposed and existing water courses? For example, what will be done years from now when sediment and debris have travelled from Upper Trout creek into Sussex Corner and beyond.
