Farm Land along Kennebecasis River

What is going to be done for the land owners along the Kennebecasis river whose properties will experience substantially more flood waters. As an active dairy farm on the Plumweseep Cross Rd we farm a substantial amount of river front land. If this land is affected by increased flood waters it could impact our crops, ability to get equipment on that land, and the total acreage we have avaiable to work. Having read through the report I don't see any consideration for this and would like to know the anticipated impacts this could have on us and what is being done to mittigate any potential impacts.
