Consideration for Emergency Response in NWO

As a volunteer firefighter in a region adjacent to the route that will be used to transport this nuclear fuel, I have concerns about engagement and emergency response in the event of roadside incidents. There are several volunteer fire departments along the route that are at risk of being stood down due to lack of personnel. Engagement with these volunteer responders should be a priority before the transportation even occurs.
