After I quit laughing about your Submission Policy's Introduction, i.e., timely access to information (short time to read lengthy documents); meaningful participation (as if you are going to listen to or do anything with what the public submits); and an open, transparent, and inclusive process, I decided I have to comment. I would like to know why NWMO should be making decisions that will affect thousands of people for millions of years. The public should be the ones to decide what happens with all the radioactive wastes, etc. How can NWMO say that transportation  of used fuel from reactor sites to the Project is not included in the assessment? They say CNSC should be making that decision. That should fill our hearts with hope. Pure and simple, transportation must be part of the Impact Assessment. I won't even bother to go into all the other flies in the ointment as others will be doing so. Please, do the right thing and at least include transportation.
