This Community Member just spent an hour entering my comments on this Project but before I could hit the submit button  my comments were timed out making it impossible to continue with my comments . Efforts to retrive my comments were   unsuccessful much to my disappointment . I did not see a time sensitive indicator on the  section  for comments to be enterted  . IAAC needs to review this to ensure  Canadians who want to comment are not kicked off the comment  page  due to a time limit requirement .  This writer will recommence my comments tomorrow .
