My Opposition to Building NEW, Publicly Financed, Nuclear Power Facilities

Keep EXISTING Nuclear Power infrastructure in workng condition, but DO NOT expend further Public Funds on NEW Nuclear Infrastructure.!! 

We can NOW generate and create Renewable Power Infratructure -- Solar, Wind, Geothermal + Battery Storage  -- at a fraction of the cost of New Nuclear Power sources and without the detrimental impact of creating, storing and DISPOSING Nuclerar Waste.  So called "Small Mocular Nuclear Power Plants"  are still theoretical projects that have not been built and that do not solve the issues of creating nuclear fuel and  managing Nuclear Waste.   

Starting such  publically financed Projects will  lock in costs and ongoing expenditures for  several decades and  then become publically owned Liabilities which will require further public costs.

Let's not allow the "Nuclear Industry Lobby" to become another  "Petrochemical Indusrry Lobby" which is now causing a global economic  crisis in addition to existing 'fossil fuel' generated global  environmental crisis.
