Tahltan Band Council - IR13 Subdivision Phase 1

  • The Tahltan Band Council is proposing to develop Phase 1 of a subdivision on Tahltan IR No. 13 in Dease Lake, BC.  
  • Phase 1 will  consist of 80 lots, centralized water and wastewater systems, road and drainage works, hydro & telecommunication works, as well as lot preparation.
  • The proponent has applied for funding from Indigenous Services Canada's Community Infrastructure Program for the construction of the proposed subdivision.

August 19, 2024 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
