Project information clarification - water supply

Here is the response to your question. 

The water comes from all three ponds. It is pumped from Muddy Pond which is connected to Noels Pond to Gull/Mine Pond. Noels Pond water comes from the Warm Creek drainage basin. The plant will then draw its water from Gull_Mine Pond by a separate pipeline.
