I believe the need for future E power was increased with GM, Ford and Tesla agreeing [some few days ago] to a common charging connectivity system for their North American EV's.  This will greatly influence near term vehicle buying decisions resulting in an increased need for power generation and related infrastructure. This plant will bridge that gap and should be allowed to proceed without delay.
