GIFL

Questions:

1. Who & how was the hieght of the "high level bridge" section at 10 meters (as the water depth in the area approacing the prposed GIFL from the west is not that deep)?  

2. Was a swing bridge ever considered as an alternative?...

3. ... or the initial & operating costs of a swing bridge considered?  

4. Will there be any fees to:
  (i) drive, or 
  (ii) walk, or
  (iii) ride a bike
over the GIFL to or from the island ?
