Upper Beaver Project April 16th Online Workshop re. Monitoring, Mitigation and Atmospheric Impacts - Lack of Notice

Please add the attached letter from Northwatch to Agnico Eagle to the registry. 

In this letter Northwatch expresses concern that despite Northwatch having an identified interest in the Upper Beaver Project and having participated in the planning stages of the impact assessment and having previously received emails directly from Agnico Eagle with respect to the project, Northwatch has not received notice of an April 16th online workshop being convened by Agnico Eagle and which Agnico Eagle describes as being part of the Upper Beaver Impact Assessment process. Northwatch has requested three specific actions be taken by Agnico Eagle with respect to the workshop and the lack of notice to assessment participants, including but not limited to Northwatch.
