Kitselas First Nation Comments on the Initial Project Description and Substitution Request

With respect to the substitution request, Kitselas supports a substituted assessment process. We would like to note that in addition to seeking and incorporating expertise from DFO, Transport Canada, and the Canadian Coast Guard (as mentioned in the Substitution Request Letter), Kitselas also expects that the Environment and Climate Change Canada and Health Canada will participate in the Environmental Assessment.
