Sewage Treatment System Replacements and Upgrades at Point Pelee National Park

Over several months, Parks Canada staff and contractors will replace and upgrade 10 conventional sewage treatment systems at 9 day-use and campground areas. The installation and operational maintenance of the modern, green sewage system technology will serve to uphold high standards for environmental protection for Point Pelee's resources over the long-term and consume less natural habitat space within the national park.
