Rural residential Housing. Supply and install 1400 sq ft prefabricated modular home with Poured concrete foundation piling system. Site servicing comprised of 1500 gal precast concrete water cistern, 2000 gal precast concrete sewage holding tank, 3 phase power, natural gas and driveway.
Rubber tired backhoe, Skidsteer, John Deere 200 Trackhoe, and D5 Cat Crawler Tractor to be used for excavation, driveway construction, backfill and landscaping.

Rubber tired backhoe, Skidsteer, John Deere 200 Trackhoe, and D5 Cat Crawler Tractor to be used for excavation, driveway construction, backfill and landscaping.

December 11, 2020 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
