Elk Valley Coal Expansion

Dear Sirs, I am very concerned about additional pollution flowing into Montana rivers, pollution than originates anywhere including locally and in British Columbia.  We know this is happening in our Elk River, with Selenium levels coming in from BC impacting our water quality.  It is lowering fish health and numbers, and threatening a large recreation industry as well.

Please refrain from permitting this expansion until a remedy has been found and implemented to control and eventually stop this pollution. Thanks for considering this,
