Dear Hon. Minister Heyman:

Attached please find our request for at least a 60 day extension for proper public review of the Fortis Tilbury Phase II LNG Expansion  project considering that we are in the middle of the summer, in the middle of a COVID pandemic and this public comment period overlapped the the long review of the RBT2 project. By forcing this public review at this time is not in the interests of the public nor the environment.  It is requested that this letter be made part of the Tilbury Phase II LNG Expansion EPIC record.
