Dear NL Offshore Projects Staff,
Per prior communications with Susie Addison, attached are NCC's complete comments on the Draft EAs and Potential Conditions for the three projects indicated. We greatly appreciate the added flexibility in light of health issues and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please note that the two sections on Potential Conditions (parts V and VII) are unchanged from the text previously sent (which dealt only with potential conditions). In other words, staff has already seen NCC's input on Potential Conditions.
Please further note that for the input dealing specifically with the Draft EA Reports, the summary of our Key Concerns is found on pages 4-6.
