NL Comments on NL RA GIS Tool

Good morning,

Please see the attached Letter and comments from the Nunatsiavut Government on the GIS Decision-Support Tool for the Regional Assessment for the Newfoundland Offshore. It is important to note we are disappointed that most of the Nunatsiavut Government concerns and issues with the Regional Assessment were not or were only partially addressed in the Final Report for the RA. The RA Committee should expect two more letters from the Nunatsiavut Government regarding the lack of changes in the Final Report and separate one addressing the Regulations that are currently being developed in absence of any substantial changes to the Final Report for the Regional Assessment.
