Hi Robin,

 

Attached please find NCC's comments on Bay du Nord. Please note that the comments, questions and requests are organized largely according to the section numbers and subtitles in the EIS Guidelines, in the order in which they appear in the Guidelines – not necessarily in the order of importance to NCC. We have tried to structure these comments in a way that should facilitate their consideration for the next round of information requirements. The specific comments begin on page 3 of the document.

 

Thank you once again for your patience and flexibility with respect to NCC's need for extra time due to pandemic constraints as well as my own health issues.
