DFO has no further comments on the draft EA report or draft potential conditions for the Project proposed by Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure. DFO would like to note that comments were provided on the draft items prior to the public comment period and while some of these comments were addressed in the conditions document, others remain outstanding. DFO acknowledges that final edits are made at the discretion of the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC).
