Coal? Really? Water is far more important

I am completely dumbfounded to understand how this is any benefit to Canadians? Oh, except for the greedy incentives of the UCP party. There has been no consultation, no environmental assessments provided or long-term understanding of the reclamation process. This is a useless waste of time, money and will only result in more economic losses for the province and that does not even include the lawsuits for destroying valued water resources. Water is FAR  more important than coal. Get with this times folks.
