April 9, 2026 – Indigenous Services Canada is triggered through the provision of funding and as such must determine whether the proposed Maskotehk Flood Mitigation Upgrades at Cattleman Drive & Cee Too Drive project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
