Notice of intent to make a determination

O'Chiese First Nation New School Road Culvert Replacements and Installation Project – Public Comments Invited

April 2, 2026 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the O'Chiese First Nation New School Road Culvert Replacements and Installation Project located on O'Chiese First Nation reserve lands is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project

O'Chiese First Nation is proposing to install and upgrade undersized culverts along New School Road.
