30 March 2026- The Housing Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) must determine whether the proposed Black Creek Sanitary Trunk Sewer - Phase 1, located in Ontario is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, HICC is/ inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.
