Notice of Intent to Make a Determination

Kistaphinanihk Office Building - Public Comments invited

March 10, 2026 - Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Kistaphinanihk Office Building, to be located on Kistaphinanihk IR No. 231, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

Proposed Project

The project includes the sublease for an existing multi-unit; single story office building located on Kistaphinanihk IR No. 231 . The building is 932 square meters with units for 3 tenants with associated parking and landscaping. The development includes water and sewer infrastructure that ties into existing City of Prince Albert utilities.
