Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

January 14, 2026 – The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, ACOA is inviting public comments until February 14, 2026 respecting that determination.
