The Proposed Project
The primary objective of this project is to build a new detachment in La Ronge, SK. A new site in La Ronge has been identified and approved by North District. The RCMP and the town of La Ronge are in the process of finalizing the sale purchase agreement of the land. The project scope includes design and construction of a 1,642 m2 detachment building including all specifications, rooms, and functional areas required. The construction phase of the project is estimated at approximately 24 months including site works, construction and commissioning and for fit-up. Occupancy is expected in early spring of 2028. Site construction is to be completed on current non developed land. Mitigation measures will be utilized to confirm no impacts to the environment, including a wildlife and ecological on-site survey.
