The Royal Canadian Mounted Police must determine whether the proposed Little Grand Rapids New Living Quarters, located in Little Grand Rapids, MB, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

Summary: Fabrication, transport and physical placement of two new prefabricated living quarter buildings. Project also includes site preparation includes construction of structural foundations, underground site services and associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical work required for the transport, placement and installation of a prefabricated living quarter building at the RCMP site in Little Grand Rapids, MB. Potential to disturb environmentally impacted soil during construction activities. Mitigation measures will be implemented if impacted soil is encountered.
