Notice of intent

Construction of an unloading dock at Millerand Harbour, Magdalen Islands

June 25, 2025 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Small Craft Harbors (SCH), Fisheries and Oceans Canada – Fish and Fish Habitat Protection Program (FFHPP) and Transport Canada – Navigation Protection Program (NPP) intend to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, the public is hereby invited to submit comments pertaining to this determination until July 25 2025.
