A new SCH 80 galvanized pipe will be installed on the high end of the gable roof to accommodate a future antenna. Exterior upgrades including the removal of the concrete access ramp at the front entrance, regrading of the parking lot and installation of a catch basin to facilitate drainage, provision of additional parking, concrete curb repairs/reconstruction, removal and replacement of asphalt, and line painting will also be included in the project scope.
