06/06/2025 - The Saskatoon Airport Authority must determine whether the 45^th & Airport Holdings Ltd., Restaurant and Gas Station Commercial Development proposed, located on the corner of 45^th Street West and Airport Drive Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. 

To help inform this determination, the Saskatoon Airport Authority is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

This project involves the commercial development of a coffee shop and gas station. Site preparation activities will include geo-technical studies, surveys, and environmental studies.

The Saskatoon Airport Authority permits the lease of the 45^th & Airport Holdings Ltd. commercial development on its property and is therefore the lead authority on this project. 

Environmental description includes greenfield surrounded by industrial/commercial land.
