Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period
June 3, 2025 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada – Conservation and Protection (DFO-C&P) intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, DFO-C&P is inviting public comments until July 3, 2025 respecting that determination.
