Proposed Project
Ochapowace Nation is proposing the construction of the water treatment upgrade (WTP) project. The project involves construction of a new WTP located immediately south of the existing WTP in the community core area, upgrades to the existing raw water supply infrastructure at the existing well site located approximately 6 km northeast of the WTP, and installation of two new wells and ancillary control building at a proposed well site located approximately 800m east of the existing well site. The existing well will be decommissioned. The installation of approximately 800 m of raw water main located alongside an existing gravel road within the developed roadway allowance.
