YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport – Expansion of the Air Inuit building (Lot 5 450 518) – Public Comment Period

April 24, 2025 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal must determine whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, ADM Aéroports de Montréal is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

Air Inuit has mandated Syscomax for the project for the construction of an expansion of the industrial building located on lot 5 450 518 of the cadastre of Quebec, located at 6005 Côte-Vertu Boulevard West at YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport. The floor area of the future building, which will have one floor with the possibility of mezzanine offices and will not have a basement level, will be approximately 352 m². There will also be the development of new paved areas. A white roof will cover the building to reduce heat islands. The expansion of this building will involve the relocation of some equipment.

The building will be used for the storage and maintenance of the company's ground handling equipment. The expansion will occupy the existing parking lot. There are no streams or trees on the site.
