Notice of intent to make a determination

Enoch Cree Nation ATCO 1121399 Removal Phase 3 Project – Public Comments Invited

March 14, 2025 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine that Enoch Cree Nation ATCO 1121399 Removal Phase 3 Project located in Enoch Cree Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
