YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport – Construction of a temporary parking lot – Jenkins Avenue – Public Comment Period

March 7, 2025 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal must determine whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, ADM Aéroports de Montréal is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

ADM Aéroports de Montréal wants to build a parking lot located between the restricted area and Jenkins Avenue in Dorval to compensate for the loss of the multi-level parking spaces. The development of this parking lot will add an additional capacity of approximately 1,200 spaces. This is a temporary parking lot with an expected period of use of 5 years. The construction of this surface parking lot will include the construction of the foundation and the repaving of the surface, as well as the installation of a stormwater management system.
