January 31, 2025 –Edmonton Regional Airports Authority must decide whether the proposed Taxiway B4 Pavement Rehabilitation Project located at the Edmonton International Airport is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this decision, Edmonton Regional Airports Authority is inviting comments from the public on the project and its potential effects on the environment. The Proposed Project

The Taxiway B4 Pavement Rehabilitation Project at the Edmonton International Airport will help improve long term performance for existing infrastructure, provide further safety measures to reduce foreign object debris and prevent damage to aircraft. The scope of work includes but not limited to: detailed project design, earthworks, drainage improvements and repaving. The project's forecasted total area of work is approximately 9,800 square meters.
