Glooscap Farmers Market – Public Comments Invited
January 30, 2025 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Glooscap Landing Plaza, located in Glooscap First Nation, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project
The project includes the construction of a 930m2 building, for a total project footprint of 5322m2 and will be built in a previously developed commercial area. Construction activities include construction of the building, grubbing and leveling of site, construction of back retention wall, parking lot paving and lateral connections (water and waste water) connections into community services.
