Proposed Project
Onion Lake First Nation is proposing to construct a new multi-use Child and Family Services building. The proposed facility is intended to address significant gaps in the current infrastructure, ensuring that Onion Lake First Nation (OLFN) can adequately meet the needs of its children and families. The proposed single story building includes groups and private consultation spaces, office spaces, fitness facilities and a gymnasium. The building will be approximately 4,730 m2 with a 687 m2 garage and parking lot. New infrastructure to the development will include sewer lines, natural gas line (provided by Onion Lake Gas Co-op), water lines (provided by Onion Lake), power line (provided by SaskPower), communication lines, fuel storage tank (to be discussed) access road and parking lots.
